Vegan Chocolate Cluster & Fig Tartlets

These Chocolate Cluster + Fig Tartlets are a simple and delicious dessert you can whip up in around 15 minutes! Using Loving Earth's yummy chocolate cluster blend and vegan yogurt, it's vegan friendly and there's no baking required. 


  • 1 cup/185g of dates
  • 1 cup/115g Loving Earth raw organic activated Buckinis Chocolate Clusters
  • handful of pistachio nuts (optional)
  • 12 tbs of vegan yoghurt
  • 4 figs
  • handful of blueberries (optional)
  • drizzle of maple syrup (optional)

  1. Remove the hard stones from the dates and place them together with chocolate clusters and a handful of pistachio nuts (optional) in a food processor. Mix until coarsely ground. You'll know when it's done if you press the mixture together in your hand and it sticks together.
  2. Evenly spread the mixture into 4 small tartlette forms and press into shape. Fill the tartlets with vegan yoghurt, top with figs and blueberries or any fruit of your choice. You can sprinkle some crushed pistachio nuts on top as well as some maple syrup.
