This is the flour for everybody who likes making pastries, pasta and pies but doesn’t like (or can’t tolerate) gluten. Made with a blend of corn, rice and tapioca, it produces deliciously buttery puff pastries and lovely shortcrust for quiches and pies. And it can also do something many other gluten-free flours can’t: make smooth, al dente pasta that stays together in the pot, on the plate, and all the way to your mouth. Your creations will still taste great after being frozen and thawed, too, and the zip-lock feature on the pack makes for easy storage.
