Berry Yummy Breakfast Pizza

For a fun take on the most important meal of the day, indulge in our not-so-naughty, super nutritious, Berry Yummy Breakfast Pizza! 




  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil


  • Vanilla yogurt (or whipped coconut cream for a vegan-friendly pizza)
  • Blueberry jam
  • Chia seeds
  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries


  1. Blend dates, peanut butter, almonds, oats, maple syrup, and coconut oil in a food processor to make the crust.
  2. On a baking tray lined with baking paper, press the crust 'dough' together to form a round disk.
  3. Place the crust in the freezer for a few hours (or even better, overnight).
  4. Once the crust is set, spread the vanilla yogurt (or whipped coconut cream) over the crust, then top with jam.
  5. Sprinkle with chia seeds and top with your favourite berries.
