Crisp winter mornings practically demand a big bowl of something warm to satisfy the soul. And this Warm Chia Pudding with Coconut Fried Banana is the perfect bowl for the job.
This creamy pudding is so divine, the fact that it's super filling and packed with nutritious ingredients could almost be overlooked...
Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Banana
- Coconut Oil (for frying)
Method
- Mix the chia seeds, coconut milk and cinnamon in a bowl and place in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning heat the chia seed pudding in a small saucepan, stirring until evenly heated through.
- Slice a banana into pieces and fry in a saucepan with coconut oil with a dash of cinnamon.
- Place all desired toppings on top of your bowl for maximum deliciousness.
