I'm a huge fan of green smoothies with lots of ginger zing, and this has to be one of my favourite times of year because Australian peaches are abundant and they blend with ginger like match made in heaven! Hydrating coconut water along with added spinach and hemp protein round out this nutritionally balanced drink.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup kale or spinach
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 2 tbsp hemp protein powder
Method
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
