Cristina & Martin Talacko left their corporate jobs to found SalDoce Fine Foods in 2000 producing gluten free foods in Sydney. Being Brazilian with Italian heritage, Cristina has a passion for good food and the gluten free products available at that time were tasteless. Their brand YesYouCan led the way in Australia, with gluten free recipes that taste as good as regular wheat products. They believe that people with food intolerances or allergies should not have to compromise on taste. Cristina & Martin develop their recipes with the feedback of their customers and have expanded overseas winning the NSW Agribusiness Export Award 2016.
